A former Police Hostage Negotiator and Senior Tactical Commander with Victoria Police, Woon spent over two decades operating in high-stakes environments where communication was often the only tool left. Across more than 500 critical incidents, he led teams through moments of uncertainty, risk, and consequence — where language shaped outcomes in real time.

Michelle Hunter
Director, Operations & Growth
Michelle has a proven track record as Co-Owner and Co-CEO of Studio Evolution. She brings deep expertise across business operations, marketing strategy, brand development, and large-scale program delivery. She has successfully designed and executed end-to-end systems that support business growth, elevate client experience, and drive long-term engagement.
Michelle plays a critical role in shaping how the business grows and performs — strengthening internal capability, expanding market presence, and ensuring that every client engagement reflects the organisation’s commitment to excellence.
Mitchell Hunter
General Manager, Virtus Protection
Mitch brings 17 years of experience in responding to and managing critical incidents, having served as part of the Critical Incident Response Team in Victoria. Post policing, Mitch has served within Fire Rescue Victoria, as a Fire Fighter gaining another side of emergency response and management. He is a defensive tactics instructor, Black Belt in BJJ and currently trains security companies and other industries in deescalation, communication and tactics.
Mitch brings the operational experience, tactical precision and real-world command that turn security protection and training into genuine capability.
