Ben Williamson
Human Performance, Pressure & Presence Specialist
Speaker • Mindset Coach • Former AFL Broadcaster
Former Maritime Operations Manager & High-Risk Enforcement Specialist, Australian Border Force

Ben Williamson helps high-performing leaders, parents and professionals name what they are actually carrying and interrupt the patterns that determine their results at work, on the field and at home.
He brings a rare combination of experience as a human performance speaker, mindset coach, former AFL broadcaster and high-risk frontline operations leader. It gives him both lived authority and scientific grounding in how people perform, collapse and recover under pressure.
At the Australian Border Force, Ben served as a Maritime Operations Manager and High-Risk Enforcement Specialist, leading complex, time-critical operations across language barriers, cultural divides and extreme resource constraints. Qualified at Group Command Level, he coordinated real-time tactical interventions that required not just strategy, but deep emotional regulation and human intelligence.
His professional journey spans the commentary box, the border operations command room and the boardroom. That background is not incidental to his speaking work. It is the foundation of it.
Ben works in a space most speakers won’t go: the chronic, cumulative pressure building quietly inside high-performing parents and professionals long before anyone notices. He shows people how that pressure follows them home, and how the stories they tell themselves under stress are quietly costing them results.
His message is that presence, not expertise, is now the greatest competitive edge, and that leaders can reclaim their capacity to be genuinely human with the people who need it most.
